This episode we’re speaking with Steve Biddulph. Steve is, and get this, the worlds top selling parenting author this century, with books in 32 languages and over six million copies sold worldwide from Australia to China to Brazil. Steve has a long and incredibly varied career, with particular experience as a specialist in boys’ education working with schools worldwide to explain male psychology and its risk factors and potentials.  Steve was awarded an order of Australia for his work in adolescent mental health, and voted Father of the Year in 2001 for his work encouraging the role of dads.  He is a grandpa, a kayaker, a husband and dad, and lives in lutruwita/Tasmania.

In this episode, we speak about Steve’s newest book, Wild Creature Mind, which I found to be quite a revelation. This discussion is in many ways about mental health, an extremely relevant topic at this point in time. That being said, we do discuss and mention some heavy topics including suicide, death of family and pets, depression, anxiety, and other similar topics. There are also one or two instances of explicit language in this episode.
