Hope Wilder is the founder of Pathfinder Community School, which was a self-directed learning community for ages 5-14 that operated democratically including students using sociocracy (a process for collective decision making). She is currently a sociocracy consultant and trainer, and the Schools and Sociocracy Program Manager at Sociocracy for All.

Hope is also the author of Let's Decide Together!, a workbook for collaborative decision-making with children. This is the fantastic book that we’re speaking about in this ERRR episode. I can’t wait for this episode to hit the airwaves because it contains a lot of fantastic insights around how to practically involve young people in decision making both in school, in the home, and really anywhere. It also contains ideas for running better meetings in any context!
