Ian Cunningham is the founder of the Self Managed learning college, a student-directed learning institute based in Hove, near Brighton, in the south of England. Ian has published six books and over 120 articles an papers on areas including education, leading, leadership, and organisational change, and has been a visiting professor in a whole range of institutions right across the globe, from the US, to India, to Hungary. He chairs Straegic Developments International Ltd, a social consultancy working across all corporate sectors, and you’ll hear more about his interesting consultancy work with a range of international organisations in this podcast too.
